  • Guest List Submission
    Guest list must be typed as you wish it to appear so all spelling is correct and set out. Postcodes must be correct. Any corrections or additions required will be at the expense of the customer.


  • Stationery Proofs
    Once order is submitted, one proof and one amendment proof will be provided free of charge. Any additional proofs will be charged at $10.00 per change. Printing will not proceed until a signed proof of wording approval has been received. Once approved, printing of stationery will commence. Any variations, errors or changes from the signed proof will incur additional charges to the customer to be reprinted.


  • Stationery Wording
    Customers may supply their own wording or wording samples and font selection. This must be submitted with guest list.


  • Stock
    All orders are subject to stock availability. You will be notified if any materials are out of stock and expected time of availability. You may then choose to wait for the order, change or cancel any part of your order.


  • Payment
    50% non refundable deposit is required when placing your order, with final payment due on delivery of invitations. If place cards and thank you tags have been ordered these must be paid for in advance and will be delivered prior to the event. Thank you cards can be picked up after the honeymoon, but must also be paid for in advance. We accept electric funds transfer, money orders and bank cheques.


  • Pricing
    Prices are subject to change at any time.


  • Refunds
    No refunds will be given after the initial order has been placed, stock ordered and printing started.


  • Time frame & deadlines
    Orders must be placed at least 8 weeks prior to the required delivery date. Urgent orders will incur a 10% fee of the total cost of the package ordered


  • Variations
    Due to some items being handmade all care is taken to create each item identical, however slight variations may occur. As we purchase our stock from various suppliers there may be differences in our sample invitations to the sample or actual invitations you receive. Slight variations may also occur between finishes and colours at times from different manufacturers and suppliers.


  • Privacy
    We guarantee that any personal information provided to us is kept private and confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third part by us, unless with the customers permission.
